Day Programs

SPRINT Senior Care’s Adult Day Program provides seniors and adults who are physically frail and/or have cognitive impairments with opportunities to socialize and participate in stimulating programs that are supportive of individuals’ needs and abilities. Programs' activities, such as art, gentle exercise, and discussion groups, are organized by our caring and expert staff and are critical to promoting wellbeing, supporting overall health and wellness, and helping to prevent premature and inappropriate institutionalization.  These programs also give caregivers peace of mind that their family members are engaged in meaningful activities, and provide relief from caregiver responsibilities.

Our Adult Day Program runs Monday through Saturday.

Our unique Young Onset Dementia program offered on Saturdays for individuals under the age of 65 and provided in partnership with Alzheimer Society Toronto offers meaningful activities that focus on the physical and mental well-being of participants.

Transportation services are available to assist those who need help getting to or from our Adult Day Program.
